Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Solar PV Plant Design Expert (Telugu). The role involves designing rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems, preparing layout drawings, single-line diagrams, and basic structural and electrical designs. The expert will review site data, estimate energy generation, optimize system configuration, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and safety guidelines.

Day-to-day tasks include creating design documentation, supporting the preparation of technical proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to refine training content in Telugu for engineering learners.



The expert may also provide guidance on best practices in solar plant design and answer technical queries from learners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Solar Power and Solar Systems, including PV plant components and system design principles.
- Understanding of the Solar Industry, including current trends, technologies, and regulatory considerations.
- Familiarity with Power Generation concepts and their application to renewable energy projects.
- Basic awareness of Wind Energy as part of the broader renewable energy landscape.
- Proficiency with solar design software and tools (e.g., PV design platforms, CAD or similar drawing tools).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in Telugu and English, both in writing and verbally.
- Relevant education in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, solid analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting.
