About the RoleSpacewood is looking for creative, strategic, and result-driven Social Media Marketing Managers to lead digital brand communication across its diverse business verticals.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand positioning, brand-specific communication, social media strategy, content creation, and performance-driven digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute brand-specific social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Create engaging content briefs for reels, videos, carousels, and digital creatives.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and visual communication across platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, agencies, and internal marketing teams.
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns focused on awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and audience insights.
- Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and conversions through regular reporting.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and business teams to drive brand visibility and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- 2–5 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.
- Strong brand-specific knowledge is mandatory, including brand positioning, target audience understanding, product communication, and brand differentiation.
- Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts or brands.
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, social media analytics, and digital campaign optimization.
- Excellent content ideation, copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop distinct content strategies for different product categories and customer segments.
- Familiarity with emerging social media trends, influencer marketing, and AI-powered creative tools.
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and campaign management abilities.
