Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to manage and grow brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, paid campaigns, analytics, and trend-driven marketing to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies.
- Manage brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with business goals and campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media communication.

Content Creation & Campaign Execution

- Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to create engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, and ad creatives.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and CTAs optimized for engagement and reach.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, influencer collaborations, and community-building initiatives.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm updates.

Paid Social Media Marketing

- Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, audience targeting, CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROI.





Analytics & Performance Tracking

- Track engagement, follower growth, impressions, reach, website traffic, and lead generation metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Use tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Analyze competitor strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Community Engagement & Brand Building

- Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions professionally.
- Build online communities and improve audience engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams for employer branding and company announcements.
- Maintain positive brand reputation across all digital channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- At least 1–2 years of experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect research, lead generation, and targeted outreach.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid campaign optimization.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is a plus.
- Understanding of analytics, reporting, and performance marketing.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling B2B and B2C brands.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and social commerce.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and automation.
- Basic understanding of SEO and performance marketing integration.
