We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of relevant experience to strengthen our digital presence and brand visibility.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing social media marketing strategies across various digital platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, running promotional campaigns, analysing performance, and generating quality leads to support the institution's marketing and admission objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, content development, audience engagement, and social media growth strategies.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or any related discipline.
- Candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant professional experience and strong digital marketing skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or related fields will be an added advantage.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating previous campaigns, content creation, and social media growth will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies aligned with institutional goals.
- Manage and maintain the institution's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional creatives.
- Develop monthly content calendars and ensure consistent posting across platforms.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce quality marketing content.




- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and student enquiries.
- Monitor social media performance, analyse campaign results, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify audience trends, understand market requirements, and implement strategies to improve reach and engagement.
- Explore creative marketing ideas and promotional campaigns to strengthen the institution's online presence.
- Monitor competitor activities and stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform developments.
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to generate quality leads and support admission campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain the institution's professional image across all digital platforms.

Required Skills & Competencies

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn management.
- Expertise in social media strategy, content planning, and content creation.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising campaigns.
- Ability to create engaging reels, posts, stories, and promotional content.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools.
- Experience in lead generation, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance, track insights, and prepare reports.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organisational skills.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing, with the ability to independently manage social media platforms and execute effective marketing strategies. We are looking for someone who combines creative thinking with analytical skills and can contribute to strengthening the institution's online presence, brand visibility, and student engagement. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
