Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Intern role based in Indore.

The intern will primarily support the day-to-day management of social media accounts, including content posting, scheduling, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining regular engagement with the audience.

The role will involve working closely with the marketing and creative team to ensure that social media content is posted correctly and on time across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Post and schedule reels, images, stories, carousels, and other social media content.
- Handle incoming comments, DMs, and basic customer/audience queries as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for required posts, creatives, captions, and other content.
- Write or assist with simple, engaging captions and social media copy.




- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and overall audience engagement.
- Maintain consistency in posting schedules and social media activity.
- Research trending content, hashtags, formats, and competitor activity.
- Track basic social media performance such as reach, views, engagement, followers, and interactions.
- Follow brand guidelines and ensure that communication with the audience remains professional and appropriate.
- Assist the marketing team with other day-to-day social media and digital marketing activities.

Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major social media platforms.
- Positive communication and writing skills.
- Comfortable handling social media comments and DMs.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
- Good understanding of reels, stories, posts, hashtags, and social media trends.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow brand/content guidelines.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple daily tasks.
- Creative mindset with an interest in social media and digital content.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship or experience in social media handling is a plus, but freshers with the right skills and interest can also apply.
