Bipminds Tech is looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Manager cum Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Bengaluru.

We are seeking a professional who can manage multiple social media accounts, create engaging visual content, coordinate influencer marketing activities, and contribute to building strong brand identities for our clients.

This role requires a combination of graphic design skills, social media management expertise, content planning, and influencer research.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management

- Manage and maintain 10 social media profiles across multiple client brands.
- Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement, audience interactions, and account performance.
- Ensure consistent brand communication and visual identity across all profiles.

Graphic Designing & Creative Development

- Design 10–15 social media posters and creatives as per campaign requirements.
- Create visually engaging posts, promotional creatives, stories, and other social media assets.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with individual brand identities and marketing strategies.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and timely delivery of creative assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign-specific designs.

Influencer Marketing & Coordination

- Research and shortlist relevant influencers based on brand requirements, audience demographics, niche, engagement, and content quality.
- Identify potential influencers for client campaigns and prepare influencer shortlists.
- Evaluate influencer profiles, audience relevance, engagement rates, and content authenticity.




- Coordinate with influencers for campaign requirements, deliverables, and collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain influencer databases and support influencer marketing campaign execution.

Content Planning & Collaboration

- Collaborate with the marketing and performance marketing teams to align content with campaign objectives.
- Identify relevant social media trends and creative opportunities.
- Support brand positioning through consistent content and creative communication.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and campaign deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in social media management and graphic designing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Knowledge of influencer research, shortlisting, and campaign coordination.
- Good understanding of content calendars, social media trends, and brand communication.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
