Role Description The Social Media Manager at Hytech Education is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Day-to-day activities include developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posting schedules, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to audience interactions and inquiries.

Manager will collaborate with the marketing and counseling teams to highlight services such as visa support and test preparation, maintain a consistent brand voice, and stay updated on social media trends and best practices. The role also involves analyzing campaign results, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to enhance overall digital presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, manage, and grow online communities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to design targeted campaigns aligned with organizational goals and user needs.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of digital marketing and branding will be beneficial.
- Relevant experience in education, overseas consultancy, or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in office in Ahmedabad, manage multiple campaigns, and adapt quickly to changing priorities is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
