Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple client accounts.

- Manage and grow social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars.

- Write engaging captions, hooks, hashtags, and social media copy.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.

- Monitor daily social media activities, comments, messages, and audience engagement.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels, viral content, and platform algorithms.

- Analyse social media performance using insights and analytics tools.

- Prepare monthly performance reports for clients.

- Develop creative ideas for reels, stories, posts, and social media campaigns.

- Ensure timely posting and execution of content across all client accounts.

- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve client goals and brand growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Excellent content writing and communication skills.

- Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.

- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

- Creative thinking and strong organisational skills.

- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.Preferred Skills

- Experience working with a digital marketing or social media agency.

- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite.

- Basic understanding of paid social media advertising.

- Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.

- Understanding of reels strategy and short-form video content.
