Role Description The Social Media Manager role at BRB Mediaa is a full time, hybrid position based in Pune City, with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media calendars, coordinating campaigns, monitoring engagement, and optimizing posts for reach and performance. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align social content with broader marketing strategies, responding to audience interactions, and preparing performance reports and insights.

Manager will also stay informed about emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve BRB Mediaa’s and clients’ social presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan and structure campaigns, calendars, and multi-platform initiatives.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting abilities, including familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience working in digital marketing, media, or agency environments, and knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) are beneficial.
- A relevant educational background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
