Naari Coffee is the first roastery coffee brand based in Assam. Our brand focuses on premium arabica and robusta roasted coffee beans sourced directly from assam coffee producers and farmers. We are building a solid regional brand with a vision to take our freshly roasted coffee bean packs from Assam to customers across India and abroad. Our brand is Northeast India oriented and we want to develop a huge coffee culture in the northeast India from the home of famous Assam tea.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our social media marketing activities and help us build our budding brand with a strong social media presence across various digital channels The ideal candidate should understand the FMCG market, especially coffee market and the current social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity.
- Manage multiple client accounts, content calendars, campaigns and publishing schedules.
- Lead and mentor social media, content, design and video teams.
- Review and approve all content, creatives, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate content shoots, events, product campaigns and brand productions.
- Conduct market, competitor, audience and trend research to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor analytics and campaign performance to optimize engagement and results.
- Maintain brand consistency, content quality, and platform best practices.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, influencers, AI tools and emerging formats.
- Manage team productivity, project timelines, deliverables and cross-functional coordination.
- Prepare performance reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Salary & Benefits Salary: Rs. 25000 per month
