1. Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, agile, and result-oriented Social Media Executive with 3–4 years of relevant experience to manage and strengthen the company's social media presence across various digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, executing campaigns, and monitoring performance to improve brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.
1. Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create engaging content, captions, posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
- Prepare and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and content teams for creative development.
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally.
- Analyse social media performance using platform analytics and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve followers, reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage LinkedIn company pages and support employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
- Solid knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent content writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other content creation tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and paid social media campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn analytics will be an added advantage.

1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Growth in social media followers and audience reach.
- Improvement in engagement rate and content performance.
- Timely execution of the monthly content calendar.
- Quality, creativity, and consistency of published content.
- Lead generation and campaign performance.
- Timely submission of monthly social media reports.
- Brand awareness and overall social media presence.

1. Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance. Other benefits will be as per company policy.
