We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of Instagram and Facebook, including posting content, managing reels, writing engaging captions, and staying updated with the latest social media trends.

Candidates with basic video editing skills will be given preference.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers, students, and individuals looking to gain practical experience in social media management and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Upload and publish posts, reels, videos, and stories on Instagram and Facebook.
- Schedule content according to the provided posting calendar.
- Write engaging captions, descriptions, and relevant hashtags.
- Ensure posts are published accurately and on time.
- Maintain consistency in posting frequency and content presentation.
- Organize and manage social media content for regular publishing.

Content Creation & Basic Video Editing

- Perform basic video editing for Instagram Reels and Facebook videos.
- Trim, crop, resize, and format videos for different social media platforms.
- Add text overlays, transitions, subtitles, and background music when required.
- Create simple graphics, thumbnails, and social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Ensure content meets the required quality and platform specifications.

Social Media Trends & Content Optimization

- Stay updated with trending reels, audio, hashtags, and content formats.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve content presentation and engagement.




- Follow Instagram and Facebook content guidelines and best practices.
- Assist in improving the overall quality and consistency of social media content.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of Instagram and Facebook.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, Stories, and Posts.
- Basic knowledge of video editing applications such as CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools.
- Ability to write engaging captions in English and Hindi.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing Instagram or Facebook pages.
- Experience creating or editing short-form videos.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.
- Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics.
