Social Media
Full-time · Chennai India · 2–4 years' experience
Good things grow slowly, but good stories spread rapid. Naturley Organic makes clean, honest, organic products, and we need someone who can make people feel that in three seconds of scrolling.
You're a writer first. You think in hooks, punchlines and plot twists. You can turn a jar of ghee into a story people save, share and send to their mum.
What you'll do
Write scripts for Reels, YouTube Shorts and ads: hooks that stop the scroll, stories that stick, endings that sell.
Run our socials: Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, from content calendar to posting to replying to DMs.
Write everything else with the same spark: captions, product pages, emails, WhatsApp blasts and blogs.
Team up with creators and brief them so their content still sounds like Naturley.
Watch the numbers and double down on what our community loves.
You'll fit right in if you
Write brilliantly. Clear, warm, witty, and never a typo in sight.
Have 2–4 years in social media, content or copywriting, ideally for a D2C, food or wellness brand.
Have scripts you've written that actually got watched. Show us.
Live on Instagram and know why a Reel works (or flops).
Can find your way around Canva and CapCut.
Genuinely care about real food and natural living.
