Role Description The Social Media Executive will manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms, including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content.

Responsibilities include monitoring audience engagement, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining brand consistency in all communications. The role will also involve supporting social media campaigns, coordinating with internal teams for creatives and copy, and tracking performance metrics to recommend improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi,



requiring close collaboration with the marketing and design teams to ensure timely and effective execution of social media initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess Media Planning skills to support campaign strategy, budgeting, and platform selection.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication and Writing skills for creating posts, captions, and audience responses.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with major social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic content design or coordination capabilities.
- Relevant experience in a digital marketing or social media role, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong sense of initiative, creativity, and interest in staying updated with social media trends and best practices.
