Job Title: Social Media Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and experienced Social Media Marketing Executive who can independently manage multiple client accounts across different industries. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, and brand communication, along with hands-on experience in reels, UGC content, video shoots, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client brands.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
- Create monthly content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign plans.
- Develop creative ideas for reels, carousels, stories, and static posts.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, hooks, and social media content.
- Plan and coordinate client video shoots, including UGC and short-form videos.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, influencers, and on-camera talent.




- Handle client communication, meetings, feedback, and content approvals.
- Track social media performance, engagement, reach, and monthly growth.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Required Skills:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
- Experience managing multiple brands and client accounts.
- Strong content writing, creative thinking, and communication skills.
- Valuable understanding of reels, UGC, and short-form video content.
- Confidence in handling clients and coordinating shoots.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Preferred Skills: Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, social media analytics, and basic knowledge of Meta Ads. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
