The hired person will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, coordinating digital campaigns, and improving brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and creatives.

- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to develop creative marketing materials.

- Identify trending topics, hashtags, and social media trends relevant to the healthcare industry.

- Monitor social media engagement, followers, reach, impressions, and overall account performance.

- Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally and promptly.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and brand-building activities.





- Track campaign performance and prepare regular social media reports.

- Ensure all published content follows the organization's brand guidelines and communication standards.

- Coordinate with internal teams and doctors to develop informative and engaging healthcare-related content.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

- Excellent content writing and communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of Canva and other creative designing tools.

- Understanding of Instagram Reels, video content, and audience engagement strategies.

- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.

- Creative thinking and the ability to generate new content ideas.

- Good coordination and time management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
