Learnew EdTech is looking for a creative, proactive and enthusiastic Social Media & Community Manager to manage and grow our online presence across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

The candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, planning and coordinating engaging content, maintaining regular updates, communicating with our online audience and ensuring consistent brand visibility.

We are looking for someone who understands current social media trends, has creative ideas and can make our brand more attractive and engaging to students and aspirants.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Learnew's Facebook, Instagram and YouTube accounts.
- Plan, schedule and publish regular social media content.
- Coordinate with the design and video editing teams to create attractive posts, reels, shorts and promotional content.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current trends and audience interests.
- Keep all social media platforms updated with the latest courses, batches, offers, announcements and activities.
- Manage comments, messages, enquiries and audience interactions across platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand communication and maintain an active online community.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities and engagement opportunities.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for current course launches, admissions and promotional activities.




- Coordinate internship-related activities, including announcements, candidate communication and promotional content.
- Track social media performance, audience growth and engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on social media activities and performance.

Requirements & Skills
- Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- Understanding of social media trends, reels, shorts and digital content.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
- Ability to manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Canva or other basic content creation tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in social media management is preferred, but freshers with relevant skills and creativity can also apply.
