About the Role

TalentQ Solutions is looking for a creative, confident, and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator Executive who is passionate about creating engaging content, exploring social media trends, and building a strong digital brand presence.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, creative thinking, basic video editing knowledge, and the confidence to appear on camera and represent our brand across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Create reels, short videos, posters, hiring campaigns, and employer branding content.
- Confidently appear on camera for videos, reels, and promotional activities.
- Develop creative scripts, captions, hooks, and content ideas.
- Design basic social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Perform basic video editing using CapCut or other editing applications.
- Research trending topics, reels, audio, and social media content formats.
- Support recruitment marketing, job promotion campaigns, and company branding.




- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and follow the content calendar.
- Monitor social media engagement and suggest improvements to increase reach.

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Confidence in appearing on camera and presenting content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and social media trends.
- Basic scripting, storytelling, and content-writing skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
