we have an urgent openings for SAP S/4HANA ePPDS Senior Consultant - Any UST India Location.

SAP S/4HANA ePPDS Senior Consultant –

- Experience: 7–12+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA ePPDS (Embedded PP/DS) and core SAP PP processes, preferably within the Food industry and in discrete manufacturing process.
- Master Data Expertise: Hands-on experience in configuring and managing PPDS master data including PDS, resources, production versions, setup groups, setup matrices, planning parameters, and product-location data.
- Production Planning & Scheduling: Deep understanding of Detailed Scheduling Planning Board, finite capacity planning, sequencing, scheduling heuristics, optimizer concepts, and configuration of detailed scheduling functionalities.
- PPDS Optimizer – Setup time optimization using detail scheduling optimization run.
- Subcontracting & MRP Areas: Solid knowledge of subcontracting scenarios in PPDS using MRP Areas, including planning integration across internal and external manufacturing networks.
- Lot Sizing & Planning Strategies:



Expertise in standard lot planning, planning strategies, demand fulfillment approaches, product allocation concepts, and production planning best practices.
- Advanced PPDS Concepts: Strong understanding of dynamic pegging, alerts and exception management, setup optimization, and schedule adherence monitoring within PPDS.
- Demand Management Integration: Good working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Demand Management, including PIRs, forecast consumption, and its impact on PPDS planning processes.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex PPDS planning, scheduling, master data, and integration issues.
- Consulting & Stakeholder Management: Strong customer-facing skills with experience in requirements gathering, solution design workshops, business process mapping, documentation, user training, and stakeholder communication.
