Signage Production Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day signage factory production activities and manpower.
- Supervise manufacturing of ACP signage, 3D channel letters, illuminated signage, and acrylic signage.
- Ensure proper fabrication, aluminium coil bending, acrylic cutting, LED installation, wiring, and finishing.
- Coordinate with the design team for drawings, dimensions, material specifications, and production requirements.
- Monitor material consumption, production timelines, quality standards, and wastage.
- Ensure timely completion and dispatch of signage as per project schedules.
- Coordinate with the installation team for material readiness and site requirements.

Eligibility:

- 1-5 years of relevant experience in signage manufacturing and production.




- Mandatory experience in retail store signage projects.
- Knowledge of ACP, acrylic, aluminium channel letters, LED modules, drivers, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to manage factory workers, production schedules, and quality control.
- Industry Experience: Retail store signage / retail fit-out projects.
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate; relevant experience will be preferred.
- Location: Factory and project sites as per company requirements.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
