We are looking for a customer-friendly and sales-oriented Frozen Shop Sales Executive to manage inside-shop sales only. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting frozen food products, maintaining shop standards, and ensuring smooth daily shop operations.
work location: Centre Square Mall, Thevara , Nucleus Mall, Kalamassery, Edappally
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customers inside the shop and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, prices, offers, and storage instructions.
- Promote frozen food products and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing, cash, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain proper product display, pricing, and shelf arrangement.
- Monitor stock availability, expiry dates, and product condition.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of frozen products.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene,
and food safety standards.
- Assist in stock checking and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain daily sales and other shop-related records.
- Follow company policies and instructions from the reporting manager.
Qualification
- Minimum Plus Two / Higher Secondary qualification.
- Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, supermarket, or shop sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude may also apply.
