We are currently hiring for two similar SFDC Developer positions. The new requirement is for one position, while the other is currently open. Please primarily target candidates with 5+ years of strong Salesforce development experience.
For one of the positions, candidates with approximately 4 years of relevant experience can be considered. For the other position, we would prefer a more experienced resource. The primary requirement is strong hands-on Salesforce development, along with Salesforce Admin knowledge.

Certifications
- Certification requirements can be flexible for technically strong candidates.
- The JavaScript certification can be considered negotiable.
- Candidates without all the requested certifications may still be considered if they demonstrate strong practical Salesforce development and coding skills.
Mandatory Technical Screening
- This is an important expectation from all suppliers.
- We have observed instances where candidates were rated highly in supplier evaluation sheets, for example 3.5/5, 4/5 or above, but were unable to demonstrate the expected practical coding knowledge during the interview.
- A thorough hands-on technical assessment is completed before submission.
- Practical Salesforce development and coding skills are validated.
- Avoid assessments based only on generic/theoretical interview questions.
- Conduct a coding assessment/session wherever required.
- Submit only candidates who have demonstrated the required technical capability.
- Ratings provided in the evaluation sheet should be realistic and supported with appropriate justification.
- Quality of submissions should be prioritized over quantity.
Candidate Availability / Notice Period
- Please prioritize immediate joiners or candidates available at very short notice.
- Candidates currently on the bench and available to join within approximately a few days to one week are preferred.

Location / Office Requirement
- Bengaluru candidates should be prioritized.
- This is not a completely remote opportunity.
- Candidates should be comfortable visiting the office approximately once every two weeks / 2-3 times per month.
- Candidates outside Bengaluru may be reviewed where they are reasonably close and can reliably meet the office attendance requirement.
