Job title:Service Technician

Salary: upto 3.6LPA

? Key Responsibilities

~Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to Apple devices such as iPhone,iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch, and accessories.

~Perform hardware and software repairs as per company and Apple guidelines.

~Handle device testing, installations, updates, and quality checks.

~Coordinate with the service team for timely closure of repair cases.

~Maintain accurate records of repairs, spare parts, and service reports.

~Ensure proper customer handling and explain repair status professionally.

~Follow ESD and safety procedures while handling devices.

~Maintain turnaround time and service quality standards.

? Required Skills

~Positive knowledge of mobile/laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.

~Basic understanding of Apple products and operating systems preferred.

~Ability to diagnose technical issues independently.

~Good communication and customer-handling skills.

~Knowledge of job cards, warranty checks, and service documentation.

~Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple repair cases.
