Role Overview Executive (Branch Office) - Band E
Reporting To: Team Leader
Responsibilities
- Would be efficiently handling CRM tool for service related works
- Attending walking customers and fulfilling their IT products replacement needs
- Efficiently managing Inventory of all IT hardware products
- Would be informing the okhla head office incase of buffer stock replenishment
- Would be responsible for handling other adhoc service related works and accomplishing the asked tasks on time to time basis
