:

Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment at customer sites. The role involves providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and minimizing equipment downtime.

- Install and commission equipment at customer locations.

- Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs or maintenance.

- Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections.

- Respond to customer service requests and breakdown calls.

- Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records.

- Train customers on equipment usage and safety procedures.

- Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams.

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Manage spare parts and service tools effectively.

- Support product testing and upgrades when required.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.

- 1 or 5 years of experience in service engineering or technical support.

- Candidate must have two Wheler with valid license.

- Accommodation will be provided for outstation candidate

- Immediate joining preferred and male candidate required
