We are looking for a responsible and active Service Centre Incharge to manage the daily operations of our V-Guard Authorised Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily service centre operations.
- Assign service calls to technicians and follow up on completion.
- Monitor pending, completed and rejected service calls.
- Maintain spare parts stock and warranty records.
- Coordinate with customers and technicians.
- Prepare daily service reports and update service status.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor technician attendance and daily field activities.
- Coordinate with V-Guard company representatives.
- Maintain proper documentation and service records.

Candidate Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to handle technicians and customers.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred.
- Previous experience in service centre operations, electronics or electrical service preferred.
- Responsible, punctual and capable of working independently.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000
- Daily Petrol Allowance: ₹100 per working day
