We are looking for an experienced SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in SEO, international SEO and digital marketing.
The candidate will be responsible for improving Google search rankings, optimizing existing websites, developing multilingual SEO strategies for French- and German-speaking regions of Switzerland, and generating quality B2B enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic Google rankings.
- Handle technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage international and multilingual SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings and internal links.
- Improve website performance, navigation and user experience.
- Generate B2B leads through organic search.
- Monitor website traffic, rankings and conversions.
- Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Work on performance marketing campaigns and conversion optimization.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of Technical, On-page and Off-page SEO.
- Experience in International and Multilingual SEO.
- Knowledge of French and German market SEO is highly preferred.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Performance Marketing.
- Experience in B2B lead generation and conversion optimization.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience handling international SEO projects.
- Experience working with European or Swiss markets is an advantage.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage SEO projects.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
