Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented SEO & SMO Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization and social media management.

The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, implementing SEO strategies, and managing social media platforms to strengthen online presence and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Responsibilities

● Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

● Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

● Perform technical SEO audits and identify website improvement opportunities.

● Manage link-building activities and backlink profiles.

● Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking.

● Monitor website performance, keyword rankings, and organic traffic.

● Work with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.

● Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and the latest SEO practices.

SMO Responsibilities

● Manage social media accounts, including LinkedIn,



Instagram, Facebook, and X.

● Plan and maintain social media content calendars.

● Schedule posts and coordinate content publishing.

● Improve social media engagement, reach, and brand awareness.

● Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.

● Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 2–4 years of practical experience in SEO and SMO.

● Good understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis.

● Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

● Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.

● Understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.

● Experience managing multiple social media platforms.

Working Days & Timings

● Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

● 2nd and 4th Saturdays: Half-day.

● Sundays: Weekly off.

● Work Mode: Full time Work from Office.

● Eligibility: Delhi-based candidates only.
