Leadership &

- Project Governance

- Develop and execute the Projects strategy in alignment with the company's business growth objectives.

- Lead end-to-end execution of renewable energy projects across multiple locations.

- Establish project governance frameworks, KPIs, performance monitoring systems and reporting mechanisms.

- Review project portfolio performance and present progress, risks and mitigation strategies to senior management and the Board.

B.

Project

Delivery &

- Operational Excellence

- Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, construction, commissioning and handover.

- Ensure timely project completion within approved budgets and quality standards.

- Drive risk management, quality assurance, EHS compliance and operational efficiency.

- Implement best practices, digital tools and process improvements.

- Ensure smooth project handover to O&M; teams.

C. Commercial &

- Business Leadership

- Drive project profitability through cost control, contract administration and productivity enhancement.

- Participate in bid strategy, project costing, feasibility assessments and contract negotiations.

- Manage commercial risks, claims, project margins, cash flow and working capital.

- Ensure financial and commercial accountability across the project portfolio.

D. Leadership &

- Organization Development

- Lead Project VPs, Project Managers, Site Heads and multidisciplinary project teams.

- Build a high-performance organization across Project Management, Construction, Planning, Quality, EHS, Contracts and Project Controls.

- Develop future leaders and strengthen succession planning.





- Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, safety, innovation and continuous improvement.

- Drive organizational transformation and capability development.

E. Stakeholder &

- Customer Management

- Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Legal and Business Development teams.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers, government authorities, utilities, contractors and strategic partners.

- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, environmental and contractual requirements.

- Act as the executive interface for key customers and strategic stakeholders.

- Resolve critical customer escalations and contractual disputes.

1. Desired Candidate Profile

- 25+ years of experience in project execution and management within Renewable Energy, Power, Infrastructure or EPC sectors.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior leadership positions managing large-scale Solar and Wind projects.

- Proven experience leading teams of 200+ employees across multiple locations.

- Experience managing annual project portfolios exceeding 1,000 Crore.

- Demonstrated track record of delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects across multiple geographies.

- Robust technical understanding of Solar PV, Wind, Hybrid Projects, BESS, Green Hydrogen,



Green Ammonia, Substations, Transmission Systems and Grid Integration.

- Extensive experience in project planning, budgeting, contract administration, cost control, risk management and stakeholder management.

- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and decision-making capabilities.

- Proficiency in MS Project, ERP systems and project management dashboards.

- Experience interacting with Promoters, Boards, Investors, Strategic Customers and Executive Leadership Teams will be preferred.

Educational

Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.

- Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management or Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification will be an added advantage.
