Role Description The Senior Vice President Finance at HPIPL is a full-time, senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial strategy, planning, and operations. This hybrid position is based in Noida, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the development of long‑term financial plans, managing budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis.

The role oversees the preparation and review of financial statements, monitors cash flow, and supports investment, funding, and capital expenditure decisions aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Finance will collaborate closely with the executive team on strategic initiatives, implement robust internal controls, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and optimize financial processes to support scalability and sustainability. The role also involves leading and mentoring the finance team, driving performance, and supporting cross‑functional decision making through data‑driven insights.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Analytical Skills to drive strategic decision making and performance management.
- Candidates should possess solid Financial Planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial strategy development.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Reporting and Financial Statements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
- Extensive experience (typically 12+ years) in senior finance leadership roles, preferably in infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Advanced knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, corporate finance, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven track record in managing funding, investments, and banking relationships, and in implementing internal controls and governance practices.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and the board.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent are highly preferred.
