Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality real estate property videos, cinematic walkthroughs, and virtual property tours.

- Create engaging promotional videos for residential, commercial, and luxury real estate projects.

- Edit drone footage, interior and exterior shots, and property walkthrough videos.

- Work with transitions, motion graphics, typography, sound design, and color grading to deliver premium-quality content.

- Create short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media advertisements.

- Develop creative video concepts and storytelling approaches to highlight property features and project USPs.

- Ensure consistency in video quality, branding, visual style, and storytelling.

- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and production teams to understand project requirements.

- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

- Review and guide junior video editors to maintain production standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–7 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Excellent command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and DaVinci Resolve is an advantage.

- Expertise in cinematic editing,



color correction, and color grading.

- Experience editing drone footage, property walkthroughs, and architectural videos.

- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design.

- Knowledge of social media video formats and platform-specific requirements.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong creative vision and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in luxury real estate and premium property marketing.

- Knowledge of 3D walkthroughs, architectural visualization, and CGI integration.

- Experience creating high-converting real estate advertisements.

- Understanding of real estate branding and digital marketing trends.
