5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably working on enterprise products or complex platforms
Strong portfolio showcasing end to end design process, problem solving, and measurable impact
Experience designing for data heavy interfaces such as dashboards, workflows, or enterprise applications
Understanding of user centered design principles and ability to apply them in real world scenarios
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Figma Make, Figma Agents or similar other AI based UX Design tools
Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and cross functional teams
Experience working in agile environments and collaborating closely with engineering teams
Robust problem solving skills with attention to detail in interaction and visual design
Utilising AI tools to expedite UX design delivery in all the stages from requirement gathering till UX design handover to the Engineering team is essential set of skills expected A effective UX Design portfolio demonstrating the expertise with recent actual project case studies and UX design artefacts is required to understand past work experience.
