Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end US IT staffing and recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing IT professionals across the US market while working closely with clients, account managers, and internal recruitment teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US staffing industry, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience working with various employment types and work authorizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
- Source qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review and evaluate resumes based on job requirements and technical skills.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, availability, and compensation.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Understand and validate different US work authorizations, including H1B, Green Card, EAD, US Citizen, and other applicable statuses.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients for feedback.




- Negotiate compensation/rates with candidates where applicable.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and clients to understand hiring requirements.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, offers, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and US staffing processes.

Required Skills

- 4–8 years of relevant US IT Recruitment / US Staffing experience.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment market.
- Hands-on experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.
- Good understanding of US work authorization types.
- Experience recruiting for technical positions such as Software Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, etc.
- Solid sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up skills and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift and from the office.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Direct Clients and MSP/VMS environments.
- Experience working on contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
- Knowledge of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, GCP, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and Cloud technologies.
- Experience with ATS/CRM and recruitment platforms.
- Previous experience in a high-volume US staffing environment.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a self-driven, target-oriented, and experienced US IT Recruiter who can independently manage requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, communicate effectively with candidates and clients, and consistently deliver quality submissions and closures.

Only candidates with relevant US IT Recruitment / US Staffing experience will be considered.
