Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven, highly persuasive Senior Tele-Sales / Inside Sales Executive to join our business development desk. You will be responsible for connecting with premium families who have expressed interest in our matchmaking bureau, educating them on our offline services, and successfully converting leads into premium membership tiers .

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Consultation: Make structured, qualified outbound calls to verified, high-intent leads and prospective families.
- Consultative Pitching: Clearly articulate the advantages of a private, offline, verified matchmaking model over mass public matrimonial websites and applications.




- Membership Closures: Guide parents and candidates through our membership packages, address objections, and close sales to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Data Management: Maintain clean records of call statuses, follow-ups, and pipeline updates in the internal database.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele sales, Telemarketing, or Insurance/Banking outbound sales.
- Language Fluency: Must speak fluent Hindi.
- Traits: Strong convincing power, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
