We are looking for experienced Techno-Functional Consultants across the following three areas:

1. Senior Techno-Functional Data & AI Engineering Consultant

Key Skills: Python | Kafka | Spark | Big Data | AI Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Python, Kafka and big-data applications for trading analytics and AI-enabled insights.
- Work with order, trade, instrument and execution datasets.
- Analyse data lineage, data quality, mappings and business rules.
- Convert experimental models and prototypes into production-ready applications.
- Work with business users, data scientists and architects to define use cases and technical requirements.
- Ensure scalability, performance, security and production stability.

Technical Skills:

- Expert-level Python, Pandas and NumPy.
- Spark, Parquet, Hive and distributed processing.
- Kafka and event-driven architecture.
- Oracle / PostgreSQL and Advanced SQL.
- Unix/Linux, Shell scripting, Git/GitLab.
- API integration, automated testing and CI/CD.

2. Senior Techno-Functional Full Stack Consultant

Key Skills: Java | Spring Boot | React | TypeScript | Trade Order Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, build, test and maintain front-end and back-end components for securities-trading applications.
- Develop secure REST APIs, service integrations and responsive user interfaces.
- Work on order lifecycles, validations, statuses, exceptions and downstream hand-offs.
- Collaborate with traders, product owners, operations and technology stakeholders.
- Contribute to architecture, code reviews, automated testing and production support.
- Investigate technical and functional incidents and identify root causes.

Technical Skills:





- Java and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- JavaScript, TypeScript and React.
- REST API design and integration.
- Relational Data Modelling and SQL.
- Git, automated testing, CI/CD and GitHub Copilot.

3. Techno-Functional Trading Connectivity & Execution Consultant

Key Skills: Java | Spring Boot | React | REST APIs | Execution Routing

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Analyse electronic order flows from capture through routing, execution response and downstream processing.
- Build and maintain Java services and integrations supporting trading connectivity and execution-routing workflows.
- Develop or enhance user-facing components using React, TypeScript or Web Components.
- Design and consume REST APIs and work with TCP/IP-based connectivity.
- Collaborate with trading stakeholders and engineers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in technical design, coding, testing, releases and production support.
- Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.

Technical Skills:

- Java and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Spring Boot and REST APIs.
- React, TypeScript and Web Components.
- TCP/IP and asynchronous integration patterns.
- Linux, SQL and Git/GitLab.
- Automated testing, CI/CD and GitHub Copilot.

Common Requirements

- 8 years of relevant qualified experience.
- Hands-on coding and enterprise software development experience.
- Experience with AI-assisted development and AI coding assistants.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with globally distributed Agile teams.

Preferred Domain Experience: Securities Trading, Capital Markets, Trade Order Management, Listed Securities, Equities, Listed Funds/ETFs, Fixed Income, Trading Connectivity and Execution Routing.
