Pranodha Health Care LLP is looking for experienced and dedicated Senior Staff Nurses to join our nursing team at our rehabilitation and post-hospitalisation care centre.

The candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient-care skills, and the ability to independently handle patients with different medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide quality nursing care to patients.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patients' health conditions.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Perform procedures such as Ryles tube insertion, catheterisation, cannulisation, tracheostomy care, and wound dressing, as per competency and clinical protocols.
- Manage patients requiring oxygen support, suction, infusion pumps, and other medical equipment.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication charts, and patient records.
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.




- Identify changes in patient conditions and escalate emergencies promptly.
- Follow infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
- Guide and support junior nursing staff when required.
- Ensure proper handover during shift changes.

Eligibility & Requirements

- GNM / BSc Nursing qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience.
- Experience in ICU, neurology, rehabilitation, or post-hospitalisation care preferred.
- Good clinical and patient-management skills.
- Ability to handle patients independently.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate and responsible approach towards patient care.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
