Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Siemens Opcenter MES System Developer to design, configure, integrate, and deploy MES solutions across modern manufacturing operations. You will translate manufacturing workflows into scalable applications, bridge shop-floor systems with enterprise platforms, and support end-to-end delivery from requirements analysis to go-live.

- Duration: Long-term contract (6 months initial, extendable)
- Budget: Up to ₹2,00,000 / month

Core Responsibilities

- Design & Development: Build, configure, and customize Siemens Opcenter MES modules, screens, workflows, business rules, and operational reports.
- System Integration: Develop and maintain REST APIs, web services, database procedures, and middleware connectors linking Opcenter MES with ERP, PLM, SCADA/automation, WMS, and LIMS.
- Business & Technical Analysis: Gather functional/non-functional requirements, build As-Is/To-Be process maps, and conduct gap-fit assessments against standard MES features.
- Data & Testing: Support manufacturing master data mapping (routings, recipes, work centers), migration, and SIT/UAT execution.




- Deployment & Governance: Drive cutover activities, hypercare support, technical documentation (MD50/MD70), and compliance with quality, cybersecurity, and IT standards.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Robust technical expertise in Siemens Opcenter MES (or equivalent enterprise MES platforms).
- Deep understanding of core MES functions: dispatching, scheduling, electronic work instructions, material/lot genealogy, quality/non-conformance, and labor tracking.
- Proficient in SQL/relational databases and application programming using .NET, Java, or JavaScript.
- Solid background in interface development using APIs, web services, and messaging frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience integrating Opcenter MES with enterprise ERP systems.
- Background in discrete manufacturing, semiconductor, optical, or electronics sectors.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps, Industry 4.0, or digital twin implementations.
- Official Siemens Opcenter certification.

Pay: ₹2,300,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
