Position Title: Senior SAP S/4HANA OTC Functional Consultant

Experience: 8–12+ Years

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA OTC Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD and MM to support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC), fulfillment, and logistics processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, configuration, business process analysis, and integration across SD, MM, VC, TM, FI, and PP. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

Experience in FMCG, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food and beverage, or manufacturing and distribution environments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities





- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA SD and MM modules, with a primary focus on end-to-end OTC processes.
- Support business processes involving sales orders, pricing, ATP, delivery processing, shipping, billing, returns, and intercompany transactions.
- Work on inventory management, procurement, fulfillment, and logistics-related processes.
- Support integration across SAP SD, MM, FI, PP, Variant Configuration (VC), and Transportation Management (TM).
- Participate in requirements gathering, business process analysis, Fit-Gap Analysis, functional design, and solution documentation.
- Perform hands-on SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Develop Functional Specifications, Functional Designs, configuration documents, process flows, and user documentation.
- Support integration with warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and external applications.
- Participate in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT.
- Work with ABAP and technical teams to resolve functional issues and support enhancements.
- Support co-manufacturing, contract manufacturing, co-packing, and related supply-chain business processes.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support activities.
- Follow SAP standard functionality, SAP Best Practices, and clean-core principles.




- Support SAP Fiori applications and business user training.
- Utilize JIRA, SAP Cloud ALM, ServiceNow, and Worksoft for project and testing activities.

Required Qualifications

- 8–12+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD and OTC processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and configuration.
- Good working knowledge of SAP MM and integration with SD.
- Strong understanding of sales, pricing, order management, delivery, shipping, billing, and returns.
- Experience with inventory management, procurement, and logistics processes.
- Working knowledge of SAP VC and integration with TM.
- Understanding of integration with SAP FI and PP.
- Experience in functional documentation, Fit-Gap Analysis, testing, and defect management.
- Experience working with ABAP and integration teams.
- Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in FMCG, CPG, food and beverage, or manufacturing industries.
- Exposure to co-manufacturing, co-packing, or contract manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of SAP TM, EWM, Fiori, and aATP.
- Experience with SAP Activate and SAP Best Practices.
- Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM, Worksoft, and JIRA.
- Experience with global SAP implementations or transformation programs.
