Dhruvsoft Services Pvt. Ltd. is an IT services and consulting company specializing in ERP & CRM solutions, and digital transformation. We are looking for skilled Salesforce Developers / Consultants with strong hands-on experience in at least one specific Salesforce Cloud and the ability to deliver scalable, business-focused solutions. The ideal candidate should have in-depth technical expertise in their primary Salesforce specialisation, experience working on real-time implementations, and a good understanding of industry-specific business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, triggers, and Salesforce automation tools, as applicable to the role.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and other platform features.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs and relevant integration tools.
- Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, project managers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure code quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and support code reviews, deployments, and release management activities.
- Apply Salesforce capabilities to address industry-specific business requirements and client challenges.

Requirements

Required Salesforce Cloud Expertise

Candidates must have extensive hands-on experience and strong technical expertise in at least ONE of the following Salesforce Clouds or solution areas. Basic exposure or theoretical knowledge alone will not be sufficient.

1. Sales Cloud & Service Cloud

- Strong experience in sales automation, lead and opportunity management, and sales processes.




- Hands-on experience with customer service workflows, case management, service automation, and customer support processes.
- Experience in industry-specific implementations and customizations is an advantage.

2. Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Hands-on experience in marketing automation, campaign management, and customer journey development.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, personalized communications, and customer engagement.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud integrations and relevant platform capabilities.

3. Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ

- Strong experience in product configuration, pricing, quoting, and quote-to-cash processes.
- Understanding of revenue lifecycle management, subscription models, and billing-related processes.
- Experience implementing and customising CPQ or Revenue Cloud solutions.

4. Salesforce Commerce Cloud

- Robust development experience in e-commerce solutions and storefront customization.
- Knowledge of digital commerce functionality, product catalogues, checkout processes, and integrations.
- Experience delivering scalable commerce solutions based on business requirements.

5. Salesforce Health Cloud / Life Sciences

- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Salesforce solutions supporting the healthcare and life sciences industries.
- Understanding of healthcare or life sciences business processes, patient and provider engagement, and industry-specific CRM requirements.
- Experience implementing or customising healthcare-related solutions is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and development best practices.
- Hands-on experience with relevant Salesforce development tools, configuration, customization,



and automation.
- Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs, where applicable to the selected Cloud.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls.
- Familiarity with version control, testing frameworks, deployment tools, and release management.
- Ability to analyse requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Industry Experience

Experience in one or more of the following industry verticals is preferred:
- Healthcare & Life Sciences
- Financial Services & Banking
- Manufacturing & Distribution
- Retail & E-commerce
- Technology & Professional Services

Candidates with relevant industry-specific Salesforce implementations or experience with Salesforce industry solutions will have an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant Salesforce development or consulting experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience in at least one of the specified Salesforce Clouds or solution areas.
- Proven experience in Salesforce implementations, customizations, integrations, enhancements, or support projects relevant to the candidate's specialisation.
- Ability to handle technical requirements independently and contribute to project delivery.
- Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
