Role Description The Senior Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the client base for Life Inside Media. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and building strong relationships with agencies, brands, and corporate clients. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals, while closely coordinating with the production and marketing teams to align solutions with client requirements.

Executive is expected to maintain accurate sales pipelines, meet or exceed sales targets, provide regular performance reports,



and represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in B2B sales, account management, and business development within media, advertising, or creative services.
- Proficiency in client relationship building, needs assessment, and consultative selling.
- Ability to develop sales strategies, manage pipelines, and use CRM tools effectively.
- Familiarity with video production, content marketing, and brand communication is highly beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a relevant industry.
- Comfort working on-site in the Pune Division and collaborating with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
