Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead sales performance, mentor team members, and drive daily retail operations at our Inorbit Mall, Vashi store. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving conversion rates to achieve store targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Target Achievement:
- Drive and achieve both individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales metrics and implement strategies to boost conversion rates and average order value.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Mentor, guide, and supervise floor sales associates to foster a high-performance culture.
- Assist store management in shift scheduling and floor coordination.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with patrons to encourage repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries and handle feedback professionally.




- Visual Merchandising & Inventory Control:
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and display layouts to keep the store visually appealing.
- Monitor stock levels, support inventory audits, and coordinate store replenishment.
- Operations & Reporting:
- Analyze sales trends, footfall patterns, and customer feedback to share actionable insights with management.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in retail sales, with background in apparel retail preferred.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting sales targets and showing strong leadership potential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and relevant regional languages.
- Mindset: A dynamic, positive, and target-driven professional approach

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
