Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain service standards, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and escalations.
- Monitor restaurant sales, revenue, and operational expenses.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Monitor inventory, stock, and vendor coordination.




- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve restaurant performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Requirements
- Minimum 20-25 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and cost control.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
