Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Assessment & Patient Management

· Conduct ward-based assessment of new and existing patients.

· Assess clinically unstable or critically ill patients and liaise with Primary Consultant Physician for emergency management.

· Overview of all medical admissions including various medical specialties, with daily and regular review of in-patients.

· Treat and manage in-patients in liaison with Consultant Physicians as needed.

2. Supervision & Training

· Supervise Resident Doctors and ward work.

· Ensure accurate discharge summaries, especially medications at the time of discharge.

· Training resident doctors (RMOs) in both specialty and general medicine, in OPD and wards.

3. Documentation & Quality Management

· Maintain patient logbooks and medical records.

· Assist in reviewing patient medical records as part of quality management system.

· Gather data for quality assurance studies.

· Complete patient history forms,



review medical records, and obtain relevant clinical information for reports.

4. Coordination & Communication

· Coordinate inter- and intra-departmental activities in research, camps, presentations, and referral responses.

· Interact with patient attendants to update them on patient status, recovery, and specific issues.

· Regular Reporting directly to Medical Director - Administration.

5. Departmental Support

· Assist consultants with special material management requirements.

· Ensure quality performance of the department.

· Support scheduling of cases and coordination of department activities during emergencies.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
