We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Executive with strong expertise in Non-IT recruitment. Candidates with IT recruitment experience will have an added advantage.

Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Experience: 2-5 Years

Shift time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various industries.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate client interviews.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.




- Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably Non-IT.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sourcing, screening and coordination skills.
- Good career stability with a consistent employment track record.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
