SQL, API bluSwap is Looking for:

bluSwap (WebFinex TechFusion Pvt. Ltd.) is a TSP-grade, programmable payment infrastructure platform connecting banks, businesses, and digital platforms through a single intelligent layer. We deliver connected banking, PSaaS, and scalable UPI infrastructure with direct bank integrations. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own product roadmap and execution for our B2B payment infrastructure, acting as the bridge between engineering and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and execution aligned with business goals

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure explicit requirement translation

Prepare PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications for scalable, high-availability systems

Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams for end-to-end product delivery

Drive development of platforms handling high-volume transactions with a focus on performance and reliability

Engage directly with B2B client businesses on API/SDK integrations and product onboarding

Track product performance using data and user feedback to continuously improve outcomes

Pitch and present the product to enterprise clients when required

Must-Have Requirements

3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager

Domain experience in one or more of: payment gateways, pay-in/pay-out platforms, checkout pages, cross-border payments, connected banking, UPI infrastructure,



or fintech broadly (stockbroking also acceptable)

Basic SQL and data analytics literacy — conceptual understanding sufficient to engage in data discussions and frame data-driven product decisions

Theory-level API understanding — knows how APIs and SDK integrations work from a product/business perspective

Prior experience working in a startup environment; comfortable with ambiguity and operating without defined processes

Career stability — minimum 18 months tenure in recent roles

Zero-to-one product experience — has built at least one product from scratch and taken it to market

Good to Have

B.Tech/BE (CS, IT, or related field) plus MBA/PGDM

Experience coordinating across engineering, operations, marketing, compliance, and CXO-level stakeholders in the same role
