ABOUT SEITO

Seito is building the AI OS for education. Universities run admissions, learning, exams, partner channels, support and finance on our stack, so a student's journey from the first ad click to the degree runs through software we build. We are a small team, every PM owns a product outright, and we ship every week.

THE ROLE

We're hiring a product manager who builds. You'll own one or more products on the Seito stack and take ideas from a rough concept to something running in production with our university partners. Most of the time you'll make the first working version yourself, test it with users, and then work with engineering to make it production-grade. This role suits someone who is more comfortable in a code editor than in a slide deck.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Take ideas to production. Own the full path from problem definition to a live release: scoping, prototyping, building with engineering,

launching and measuring.

Prototype it yourself. Build working versions with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor or similar) before we commit engineering time.

Ship AI features. Design conversational agents, workflow automation and LLM-powered tools for admissions and student support,

including prompts, evaluations and fallbacks.

Work closely with engineering. Write specs engineers can build from, review technical designs, and make trade-offs on architecture,

scope and timelines.





Stay close to users. Spend time every week with students, university staff and partners, and turn what you learn into product decisions.

Own the numbers. Track adoption, conversion and retention for your products, and decide what to build next based on them.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.

5 to 10 years of experience, with a significant part of it as a product manager who owned products end to end.

A hands-on track record: you have built and shipped products yourself, not only managed their delivery.

Active use of AI-assisted development ("vibe coding") to build real things, and the ability to demo it in the interview.

Your own GitHub repositories with projects you built. We'll ask you to walk us through one.

At least one product you took from concept to production. You should be able to explain what you built, the decisions you made, and the results.

VALUABLE TO HAVE

Experience in ed-tech: admissions, learning platforms, student journeys or university operations.

An MBA alongside a computer science background.

Startup experience in a small team.
