Compensation: Up to ₹35 LPA Fixed + Variable (Maximum CTC: ₹38 LPA)

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Product Managers to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data, analytics, and AI/ML platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in product/program management, enterprise-scale technology initiatives, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data, analytics, and AI platforms.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, data science, and architecture teams to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases.
- Lead cross-functional teams across data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, security, and business functions.
- Drive end-to-end execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope, quality, and budget.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Drive adoption of enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI/ML capabilities.
- Define and track product KPIs, including adoption, usage, performance, data quality, and business value realization.
- Manage senior stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
- Drive change management, onboarding, training,



and rollout strategies.
- Optimize platform cost, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Drive license governance, usage monitoring, cost management, and ROI realization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 9–12 years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Delivery Leadership.
- Strong experience in one or more of the following domains:
- Data Engineering
- Enterprise Analytics Platforms
- AI/ML Solutions
- Advanced Analytics
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional, enterprise-scale programs.
- Robust understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and architecture governance/review processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
