Without® is building one of India's first commercial-scale recycled materials plants. We take the plastic nobody else can recycle and turn it into materials that replace virgin plastic in cars, eyewear, packaging and more.

Every kilo we make depends on what we buy. As our Senior Procurement Officer, you'll own every purchase the plant makes, from feedstock and machine spares to facility services, for every department. The vendors and processes are in place; your job is to make them sharper, with stronger vendors, better prices, faster turnaround and no surprises on the shop floor. You'll be based at our Pune plant, reporting to the Head of Manufacturing.

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (engineering, commerce or supply chain is a bonus, not a filter).
- 3–8 years of hands-on procurement or purchase experience, ideally in a manufacturing plant.
- Experience buying both direct categories (raw material, packaging, spares, consumables) and indirect ones (facility, services, admin).
- A track record of finding and building vendors, not just managing the ones you inherited.
- Strong negotiation skills, with savings you can show in numbers. "I got a good discount once" doesn't count.
- Working knowledge of GST, e-way bills, PO–GRN–invoice matching and basic contract terms.
- Comfort with Zoho and Excel.
- AI-savvy: you use AI tools to speed up vendor research, quote comparisons and paperwork.
- Clear communication in English, Hindi and Marathi, with vendors and with the team.
- Bonus points: you're local to Pune and know the vendor networks in Chakan, Bhosari, Talegaon and Ranjangaon; you've worked in waste, recycling or scrap and understand aggregators and the informal supply chain; you've worked on a factory floor and know which spares can't wait.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Procurement Ownership — Run the full purchase cycle for every department: requisitions, RFQs, quote comparisons, negotiation,



POs, follow-up and closure. One process, no side doors.
- Factory Buying — Source raw materials, additives, packaging, consumables, tooling and machine spares. Work with production and maintenance on demand plans and reorder levels so the plant never stops for a missing part.
- Facility & Services — Manage everyday facility needs: housekeeping, security, canteen, PPE, office supplies, IT hardware and utilities. Own service contracts such as AMCs, transport, waste disposal and contract labour.
- Vendor Development — Find, qualify and onboard vendors, job-workers and fabricators. Keep at least two options for anything critical.
- Negotiation & Cost Control — Negotiate price, payment terms, lead times and quality commitments. Track spend by category and department, and report savings every month.
- Breakdown Buys — Handle urgent purchases rapid when a machine goes down, without skipping controls.
- Vendor Performance — Track every key vendor on cost, quality and on-time delivery. Act early when one slips.
- Compliance & Finance Coordination — Work with stores and accounts on GRNs, three-way matching and on-time vendor payments. Make sure purchases meet GST, e-way bill and environmental requirements.
- Systems & Documentation — Streamline procurement workflows, approval limits and records on Zoho. Audit-ready, no loose ends.
- Cross-Functional Coordination — Work hand-in-hand with production, maintenance, R&D;, quality, EHS, sales and admin to understand what they need before they need it.

YOUR COMPENSATION

- An annual Cost-to-Company (CTC) between INR 8–12 lakhs.
- Stock Options (ESOPs) in the legal entity that vest over an agreed-to tenure.
- A 3-month mutual incubation period. Both you and we will have the option to end the agreement after three months if it isn't working out.
