We are looking for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to lead and support the Physiotherapy Department, ensuring quality patient care and smooth departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise IP/OP physiotherapy operations and therapy sessions.
- Conduct patient assessments and oversee treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and ensure quality clinical care.
- Coordinate daily departmental activities and guide junior physiotherapists/interns.
- Maintain patient records, HIS/EMR documentation and billing compliance.
- Ensure adherence to NABH standards and clinical protocols.
- Manage physiotherapy equipment, inventory and departmental resources.
- Coordinate with doctors and other medical teams for effective patient care.
Required Skills:
- Strong clinical and team leadership skills.
- Positive patient handling and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of HIS/EMR and NABH standards.
- Ability to manage departmental operations independently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
