Position Title: Senior PHE & Fire - Designer

Location – Bangalore

Expr – 10+ yrs

Education - BE / ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Software Skills – Autocad /Revit/ Naviswork / MS Office (must have skills)

JD -

- Experience in drafting / modelling in Revit of all the PHE & Fire Protection/Fire Alarm services independently.
- Experience in working on different type of projects such as High-rise, shopping malls, Hospitals, commercial and Data centers, etc.(medium/large scale projects)
- Able to prepare the schematics for all PHE and Fire services independently.
- Familiar with space planning for PHE and Fire.
- Familiar with Indian codes and international standard such as NBC, NFPA, ASPE, IBC, etc.
- Coordinating with other services and Architectural team.
- Familiar with different stages of the projects.
- Experience in working on Middle East projects will be an added advantage.
- Able to prepare detailed layout of the plant rooms including STP, Pump room, etc.
